


Ashley Feltham-Browne enrolled in her first dance class before age three. By the time she was eleven, she was committed to pursue a career as a dance teacher. She continued to do multiple dance classes in all disciplines and upon graduating from high school, enrolled in a three-year Dance Teacher Training Program at a private Dance College.
Upon successful completion of her Dance Teacher Training Program Ashley is now a qualified dance teacher with professional qualifications and registration from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) and the Canadian Dance Teacher’s Association (CDTA).
Ashley continues to upgrade and maintain her skills in Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Modern, Ballroom and Latin American by attending courses, seminars and conferences across Canada and USA always looking to bring back new and fresh ideas to her students. Ashley has danced with chorographers of top artist such as Madonna, Brittney Spears, Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson and Jennifer Lopez, along with top Choreographer from “So You Think You Can Dance” and many more.

The Ashley Feltham School of Dance Inc. opened its doors in September 2004 in Goulds, Newfoundland and became an immediate success.


Kim Walsh is a senior teacher at the Ashley Feltham School of Dance Inc. Having joined our teaching team in 2008, she has become a definite asset to the studio. She is loved by all her students and brings her very imaginative vibrant personality to the studio each day. Kim encourages all of her students to do their best whether they are participating at the beginner or advanced levels. She exhibits a true love for dancing, performing and working with children of all ages.
Kim has been Dancing for the past 14 year studying Tap, Step Dance, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop and Ballet and has successfully completed both Intermediate Modern and Tap through the ISTD. She continues working on her ISTD Associate in Modern Theatre and Tap. Kim has trained in Newfoundland and afar with choreographers from all over; Chris Judd, Brian Friedman, Mia Michaels to name a few.
Additionally, Kim brings to the Ashley Feltham School of Dance her experience as a fitness instructor, and as a certified ABA/Behavioural Aide Therapist.
This year Kim is looking forward to welcoming new students and catching up with returning students.

Wendy has been trained in a wide range of dance styles for many years , and is now specializing in gypsy style bellydance. Wendy also teaches our adult ballet program at the studio. She is looking forward to a great year!

Tiffany Laite has been dancing for the past 14 years. She has been a constant at the Ashley Feltham School of Dance Inc. since the doors opened in 2004 and over the past five years, has played a major role at the studio as teacher assistant, assisting many hours each week, proving herself to be reliable and dependable as well as a quick study. Along with Tiffany’s assisting she also trains many hours a week focusing on Modern, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet and Pointe, she also has knowledge of Ballroom and Latin American Dance.
Through dance studies, her numerous dance classes per week, as well as observation and guidance through assisting, Tiffany has acquired excellent teaching skills and a keen understanding of children’s musicality and coordination as well as their behaviour and interaction with class mates. In addition, she has become very knowledgeable of how children learn at different ages and how to use imagery to keep dance fun and exciting for all ages. These are teaching skills that are an asset to any dance instructor.
Because of Tiffany’s dedication, committment and proven ability in the field of dance, she progressed to a teaching role in September 2010 which proved to be quite successful and as a result she will take on an expanded teaching role in the fall.
Tiffany has completed her Intermediate Modern exam through the ISTD, and this year is working on her Advanced I Modern, with plans to work toward her Modern Associate. Along with her modern studies she will also be studying Tap and Jazz under the ISTD syllabus.
Tiffany looks forward to an exciting new year of dance.

Having danced since childhood, Sarah joined the Ashley Feltham School of Dance in 2004 when the studio first opened. She has trained in many styles of dance including Jazz, Tap, Modern and Hip Hop and although she loves all styles of dance, she has taken a keen interest in tap over the past few years, working on ISTD grade examinations at a intermediate and advanced I level. Sarah is a quick learner and strives to be great at whatever she does.
In early 2011 Sarah began working at the studio as a teaching assistant and has proven that she is ready to teach on her own. Sarah has worked with children through the Goulds Recreation Center for many years and in fact took on a leadership role and in the past has also coached figure skating.
Sarah is a full time student at Memorial University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental Psychology.
Along with Sarah’s teaching duties at the studio and her studies at MUN, she currently works for Eastern Health as a home therapist.
Sarah is looking forward to her new role as a dance teacher and is confident that this will be a productive and exciting dance year.

Crystal Dinn has been a student at the Ashley Feltham School of Dance Inc since 2005. During this time she has studied Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Modern, and Hip Hop. Crystal has also been a teaching assistant at the studio for the past 5 years; she is absolutely wonderful with children and truly has a passion for dance.
Crystal has an enthusiastic personality, full of creativity and energy. Along with her interaction with children at the studio, she is also well known in the community as a volunteer Sparks and Brownie leader and for her work as a camp counsellor at the Goulds Recreation Center which she has done for the past three years.
In addition to teaching dance, Crystal is a full-time student at Memorial University where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Education.
Crystal is looking forward to a great dance year and is excited to meet her new students
