Tiffany Laite has been dancing for the past 14 years. She has been a constant at the Ashley Feltham School of Dance Inc. since the doors opened in 2004 and over the past five years, has played a major role at the studio as teacher assistant, assisting many hours each week, proving herself to be reliable and dependable as well as a quick study. Along with Tiffany’s assisting she also trains many hours a week focusing on Modern, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet and Pointe, she also has knowledge of Ballroom and Latin American Dance.
Through dance studies, her numerous dance classes per week, as well as observation and guidance through assisting, Tiffany has acquired excellent teaching skills and a keen understanding of children’s musicality and coordination as well as their behaviour and interaction with class mates. In addition, she has become very knowledgeable of how children learn at different ages and how to use imagery to keep dance fun and exciting for all ages. These are teaching skills that are an asset to any dance instructor.
Because of Tiffany’s dedication, committment and proven ability in the field of dance, she progressed to a teaching role in September 2010 which proved to be quite successful and as a result she will take on an expanded teaching role in the fall.
